Driving in Amman

If you are planning to drive during your visit to Amman, you will need an International Driving Permit, or IDP, for Jordan which you can arrange with the AA before you travel to Amman.

When you drive in Amman, in common with the rest of Jordan, it is the law to drive on the right.
